The young lady at the desk was very nice. Reserved a non smoking suite, when we got there it was awful. Got off the elevator and could smell the smoke odor all the way down the hall. Window was broken (taped, not fixed), and a handle on the dresser drawer was broken. Bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around. I like the idea of the shower curtain that is rounded, but come on, there has to be room for it. The bathtub was not flat on the bottom, it was extremely difficult to stand AND the shower head was only at about 5 foot. Most awful bathroom award goes to this hotel.
