  Booked hotel to stay while on a trip down to Texas. Convenient location, but will not stay here again. Rooms were dirty, linens and towels were stained or not washed. Continental breakfast did not have very many choices and the hot breakfast options tasted terrible. Only positives were the friendly staff and I could take my dog.

• BED BUGS

  We arrived at our room and left to go eat and shop. when we returned i noticed a bug on my pillow. my husband confirmed it was a bed bug. ...

  WE ARRIVED AT OUR ROOM AND LEFT TO GO EAT AND SHOP. WHEN WE RETURNED I NOTICED A BUG ON MY PILLOW. MY HUSBAND CONFIRMED IT WAS A BED BUG. WE CHECKED FURTHER AND THE PILLOW WAS FULL OF BUGS. THE SHEET HAD BLOOD STAINS ON THEM WHERE SOMEONE HAD BEEN BITTEN AND THEY HAD NOT EVEN BEEN WASHED! WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WERE TOLD THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS, BUT GOT A CALL BACK LATER AND WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER FLOOR. MY HUSBAND AND THE MANAGER CHECKED THE BED, IT WAS FREE OF BUGS AT THAT TIME. THE NEXT NIGHT THOUGH THERE WAS A BUG IN THE BED AND MY HUSBAND WAS BITTEN. OUR ROOM WAS ONLY CLEANED TWICE IN THE FOUR NIGHTS WE WERE THERE. THE ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK HALF THE TIME, THE POOL MAN INFORMED US THAT THE POOL HAD BEEN POOPED IN, BUT THERE WAS NO SIGN SAYING WE SHOULD NOT SWIM. THE WATER WAS SO COLD YOU COULD NOT SWM IN IT ANYWAY. MANAGEMENT KEPT SAYING THE WOULD "MAKE IT RIGHT" I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COULD, BUT NOTHING WAS EVERY OFFERED ANYWAY EXCEPT TO STAY THERE AGAIN AND THAT IS OUT OF THE QUESTION.. WE WANTED A NICE FAMILY VACATION, BUT ALL WE GOT WAS BUGS AND ANGRY CONSUMERS!!! JUST HOPE WE DIDN'T GET THE BED BUGS IN OUR LUGGAGE!

  The hotel did not have good service, we orderd a non smoking room they gave us a smoking room. the house keeping was not good they did not clean up ...

  The Hotel did not have good service, We orderd a non smoking room they gave us a smoking room. The House keeping was not good they did not clean up our room when we left the room. The Manager was told about it and he did nothing. Not a plesent stay.

  This hotel was in a great place for ease into memphis. the people were nice, however their were many problems with the building. air conditioners that didn't work, ...

  This hotel was in a great place for ease into Memphis. The people were nice, however their were many problems with the building. Air conditioners that didn't work, mildew or mold visible on the walls inside our room, and the sofa should have been on the curb for garbage pick up.
