  The overall impression was that the building is in need of some sprucing up - but then so does much of Ritzville! The bed was comfortable and did not contain any other occupants. TV, fridge, coffee maker all worked fine. Continental breakfast was satisfactory and filling. Receptionist was pleasant. Saw the pool through the fence - it was out of commission. For the price through online travel website, it was a pretty fair deal. In the event we ever needed to stay over in Ritzville again, we would probably go with what we already know.
