On our second night, we were asleep when a family checked in around 11:00pm. The children were running and jumping on the floor. I'm a heavy sleeper and this noise woke me up! We called twice and Dave, the desk staff said he would call them ""if he got time"" and refused to tell them to quiet down or they'd be asked to leave (his response: ""I can't do that""). He even refused to come to our room to listen to the noise. So, stay here and have a problem, you're on your own to solve it, because the staff isn't going to do a thing about it.

YOU MAKE YOUR OWN BEDS, TOWELS ARE ONLY REPLACED WHEN TRADED AT THE FRONT DESK, THE CLERK IGNORES YOU WHILE ON PERSONAL CALLS, AIR CONDITIONING IS VERY NOISY, SWIMMING POOL IS IN DISREPAIR, WE BOOKED 2 QUEENS AND GOT ONE KING AND A SOFA BED WHICH WE HAD TO CRAWL PAST TO GET TO FRONT DOOR

Rio Rancho is a section of Alburquerque away from downtown. The staff was very helpful--printed my boarding passes and the rooms are clean and functional. The location is great with access to many restaurants and all the local attractions. You can't beat an ESD.
