  The room was an avereage room, athough we were extremely grateful for it during the ice storm. The beds & linens were fresh, clean & comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was fabulous!! Here is where this hotel is truly different from any other I've ever stayed at...when I originally booked the room, I booked a handicapped room w/2 double beds and a refrigerator for my insulin. When I arrived, we were given a regular double room. The next afternoon I spoke with the desk clerk explaing the situation. I explained I understood about the handicapped room , but I really needed the refrigerator for my insulin. She told me (and I understood due to the ice storm) that all the handicapped rooms had been given out and the refirigerators had probably been also - but she would try to find one and also let the management know of our problem, in the meantime I was welcome to bring my insulin down & put it in the staff refriferator where they stored the breakfast items. I went to get some dinner and by the time I got back (approx. 1 hr) inside my room was not only a refirgerator but a microwave as well! Later that evening I got sick to my stomach and ended up throwing up in the bathtub. I called the front desk asking for help. Since maintenance had already left for the evening, the owner himself came back from his home to assist me! This I call truly caring about customer service. Everybody on staff was very polite, knowledgeable about their job and willing to go an extra mile during a very trying time for alot of people!! My family says.... THANK YOU

  I thought this room was excellent for the price. nice soft bed, wireless was great for buisness people, friendly staff, deffinetly recommend.
