I reserved my room last fall, when I reserved my room they were very helpful. However when I checked in the staff was very rude!! I had reserved a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. I asked what happened and was told that was what I was getting whether I liked it or not!!! When I reserved the room I was told that the rate would be $10 dollars less than what they charged me. Again the same person told me that is what I will be paying and if I didn't like it I would have to go else where, but I would still be charged for my entire stay since I had already checked in. Everyone was very rude this time around and the cleanliness of the place has gone down hill. I have stayed there every summer since they opened and have never had a problem, but from now on I guess I will have to go and stay in Lincoln, because the Crete Super 8 is no longer a place that I will stay. And no I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

I reserved my room last fall, when I reserved my room they were very helpful. However when I checked in the staff was very rude!! I had reserved a smoking room and was given a non smoking room.
