  Staff friendly and helpful. Windows have problems as they are sealed shut . Bathroom sink improperly installed so that if you turn the water on low, it backflows over the counter and may damage items you've put on the counter by sink. Ice Bucket had big crack in it. Located by I-540, easy access , with lots of restaraunts in area.

  The Baymont has been around for about ten years. It has come a long way since I first stayed here in 2000. The tub is cracked and rusting. The room itself is comfortable, but the biggest problem is location. The hotel is parallel to I-540 and if you get the west side it's quiet. If you have a room on the east side (odd-numbered rooms) you are about 150 feet from I-540 and a generally constant drone of traffic. Go elsewhere.

  Excellent service and friendly staff at all times, clean and spacious suites, believe my dog enjoyed it as much as i did.

  We travel with a cat so we were pleased when we checked in at the baymont and found the rooms very clean and free from any pet smells. the service ...

  We travel with a cat so we were pleased when we checked in at the Baymont and found the rooms very clean and free from any pet smells. The service was great. They called to make sure we had everything we needed after getting settled. The staff was surprisingly friendly.
