My family and I booked 2 rooms there were 8 of us going to Summer Fest. To start as soon as you walk in the lobby there is a smell it's really bad the key cards were even sticky. we had to change the sheets ourselves after being told they had been changed we found grease and crumbs on the underside of the sheets and pillow cases. there were 2 bath towels and a face towel that smelled like mildew. all the other hotels in the area were booked or we would have left immediately. I asked the housekeeping staff where to get pillows they replied I don't know I said should I try the front desk she shrugged. SO WE RECEIVED SORRY SERVICE DIRTY ROOMS AND A BILL FOR OVER *. WE WERE MISLEAD THE NICER LA QUINTA IS A FEW BLOCKS DOWN AND THEY HAVE A POOL......

If you don't realize that there are two LaQuinta Inns a block or two away from each other you may make the same mistake I did and be forced to stay where you don't wish to. I actually wanted to stay at the LaQuinta at 5423 N. Port Washington Road Glendale , WI ; however, I didn't read the address correctly when making the travel reservations and stayed the first night at 5110 N. Port Washington Rd. in Glendale. My kids had their hearts set on swimming in the heated pool as it is the dead of winter Dec. 17th so I had to fork up another ***+ dollars to move to the correct LaQuinta at 5423 N. Port Washington road, Glendale. I also wanted to stay there because the facilty is much nicer and the rooms are suites.

My husband and I were looking for a safe neighborhood because we were hauling a motorcycle that we picked up in Milwaukee. The location was great! The neighborhood was a mix of industrial and residential and appeared very safe. The location was convenient to downtown Milwaukee and other places of interest. (Sprecher Brewery is right down the road and they have a fun tour.) The rooms were very clean and well kept. This hotel is a great value.

I showed up for a business trip, travel dept booked my room, and they put me in a unlceaned room, then someone else's room, and then a room where the window was wide open, tv on and bathroom light on on the first floor in a not so safe neighbor hood. the stay there was okay, nothing good or bad, hotel was very dirty. when i left i accidnetally left my watch on the dresser, called to have it sent to me, they did not return calls, and a week later after finally reaching a person, they said they would call me back and never did. i complained online and they never did call me back so i am out a 200 dollar watch and i am sure one fo the staff got an early christmas present. this is a low class place with incompetent and untrustworthy staff. do not stay here!!!!

My wife and infant son and I stayed here for several days as we are house hunting in Milwaukee. Great location, quiet and safe location. Excellent free breakfasts and also free high speed wireless internet. The suite we had was big and clean and the staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when we visit again.
