The hotel was trashed in the room and pool. Looks like it's never been clean in months, hair all over. It wasn't worth the money we spent, we'll be staying somewhere better nt yr. NEVER AGINE... Best thing about it was the waffles..

This is our second stay in two years and we won't be back. Last year our one year old found an orange pill on the floor and had it in her mouth. Clearly not a good cleaning job done. This year we requested a non smoking room. The smell of smoke hit you like a ton of bricks as you got off the elevator on the fourth floor. We brought a pack and play for our one year old to sleep in, we had to air it out when we got home. It smelled like smoke :( The bathroom door stuck, very scary for our four year old to get trapped in the bathroom. We believe there were blood smears on the back of the room door and spatters on the wall on the bathroom. Even if it was not blood, the room was not clean......again! I would not waste any money staying here. We have made two visits here with in one years time due to spending the day at Six Flags, both times had major issues. We talked to staff about the smell. They were cocky and tried to get us to describe the smell in detail?! What is up with that? Or were they trying to cover some other type of odor? Scary stuff. The clothing drier on the fourth floor was out of order.

My group had a pleasant stay. Great pool, great breakfast, and nice beds. I would have called the hotel before I stayed to make sure not to get a smoking room. We ended up in a smoking room but didn't smell much smoke - my son is even allergic to smoke! Overall a nice time- friendly people also at the desk.

This was our second stay at the same hotel. This time last year my one year old daughter found and put in her mouth an orange pill she found on the floor!!!! Thankfully no bad effects from this. We decided to give the hotel another try. Asked for a NO SMOKING room....whew...that was NOT the case. When you get off the elevator on the fourth floor, the smell of smoke hits you like a brick! The room was no better, smelled like a stale ashtray...try sleeping in that :( Woke up in the middle of the night with a serous headache. Also our room had various BLOOD smears and spatters in the bathroom and on the back of the door! The bathroom door was so warped you had to struggle to close/open it, kind of scary for a five year old when he gets stuck in the bathroom. The toilet after being flushed ran forever before shutting off. Please DO NOT waste your money staying here! We gave it two tries in one years time and will NEVER go back!!!!

The hotel was a great value for the area. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were small but adaquate. On the down side- only one elevator to service the 4 story hotel. Also, the free breakfast was good, but the coffee ran out @0845 and was not refilled. Also, at exactly 9am the attendant grabbed everything and put it away without a "last call warning". There were some VERY upset children!
