Well, we asked for a non-smoking room, and they gave us a smoking room. It wasn't very clean. There were cobwebs around the heating unit, and looked like it hadn't been properly swept in weeks. The bathroom could have been scrubbed harder and floor cleaned much better. The service was just...so so. The complimentary breakfast had a lot to be desired, and getting anyone to assist you was difficult because no one was available at the front desk. This was around 8 AM, and they had just left a sign on the counter and said they would be back. It was close to 20 minutes before someone appeared to restock the coffee cups so the guest could get their morning coffee. It was a place to stay, but not the best.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times this month, Employees very friendlly and helpful, Lots to do and see close by. We had several things that needed attention, but they were addressed immediately. The only problem is that the TV reception is not the best and you can only get a few channels, so don't go planning to just stay in bed and watch tv weekend. Cracker Barrel is close by and scrumptious. Truck stop close, open 24 hours to pick up those munchies or forgotten essentials The food there is excellent also with free refills on ALL your food. Pool is in a bright anad airy room. Breakfast has a lot of variety to pick from and is busy, Get there earkier because they run out of waffle mix.

The person in the room above us was up all night pacing. The floor had a major squeak in it, so we got very little sleep. The bed was comfortable, although. Lady at desk was not very friendly.

Room was too pricey at $139.00 plus, but was the only place I could find on such short notice that would allow a small dog. It was a little smelly as I think they put us on a smoking floor. Breakfast was good and bathroom was clean.
