the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, staff was very courteous, breakfast bar was fresh, very close the freeway. staff held room for me when I was late and they assured me it would be held. Price was right for other hotels in the area.

First off the bathroom was nasty, there were hairs on the toilet seat, obviously the staff does not know the meaning of CLEAN the room after someone leaves. The air conditioner was broken so when we asked to be moved to another room the clerk said they were booked and just gave us 2 fans that just blew hot air around. Then the clerk mentioned that there would be eggs and a great Continental Breakfast well worth eating. Well yes you guessed it, that was a big FAT lie! The breakfast was cheap bagels, watered down orange juice and the worst coffee I ever had in my LIFE! Then when we went to complain about the room to the person who took over in the morning she said,"" Well why didn't she move you rooms?"" After that we asked for some type of compensation she said she did not have the authority to do so! The beds were HORRIBLE and like sleeping on a concrete SLAB! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE unless you want to torture yourself with a BAD experience!!!!!!!!

Stayed here for a week to hike the local Red Rock and other scenic areas. Good value for the price but not a luxury resort. Rooms are small but well laid out, free beakfast a bit on the meager side. Pool area nice and overall well maintained hotel. Desk staff was very nice and helpful with local directions. Maid service was a bit spotty, usually forgetting at least one item a day, anything from towels to soap or bag for ice bucket. If you can handle no frills accomodations stay here to enjoy the nearby Sedona are and save some big money.

Everything about this little hotel was wonderful. The rooms were awesome, staff was friendly and helpful. They even have a free laundry room for guests. Will stay here for entire stay during next visit. Loved it.
