The property in my opinion was very centerally located to the downtown area and felt very safe. The rooms I felt were not as clean as they should have been, and the carpets in my opinion were filthy and needed more attentition. I feel they need to pay closer attentition to their cleanliness in each and every room. The front desk people were not very friendly nor welcoming. Being in this kind of business it is very important that you hire associates with better people skills and smiles, because as a guest I did not see any of this. This is my favorite chain of hotels in Mexico and I will have to say that I was very disappointed with this visit. I stayed on floor nine of the hotel ,room 926 to be exact had a beautiful view of the city but I was not happy with the noise level of a Disco Tech right around the corner from the hotel which you could hear till 5:00 am in the morning. I called the front desk and complained about the noise level and they assured me they would relay the complaint to the proper personell. In conclusion to my experience to your Guadalajara property I will have to say it was not favorable to me or my standards. I will be returning next month to your city and I will have to say that I will be looking for another place to stay.
