  The hotel was in a great location, the room was very clean. the only thing we found that needs improvement is that the check out process, it was very slow, ...

  The hotel was in a great location, the room was very clean. The only thing we found that needs improvement is that the check out process, it was very slow, it took us 35 minutes to complete it and the front desk person wanted to charge us again for the room, so it was a bit confusing and anoying. But in general we found it very well.
