I stay here on average twice a month. The location is clean, comfortable and always welcoming. The rooms are recently remodeled and the coffee is always hot. The breakfast buffet (NEW) is well presented and inviting. There is a Cracker Barrel in the parking lot which makes that last minute (or planned) meal convenient. Laundry facilities available and the FREE WI-FI (or computer with printer in the lobby) is great. This location makes you feel like you are at home. The front desk staff are personable and very accomodating. That is it. This place is GREAT!

Snow caused most roads to be closed.The hotel sold out. We were fortunate to have a room. It was clean and comfotable.We enjoyed the hot tub. That evening at least 40 people were sleeping in the lobby.The hotel provided pillows and blankets. A movie was set up for the kids and cookies and popcorn made. The next morning additional tables were set so that everyone could have breakfast before they left the hotel. I spoke to the front desk who said the staff had to stay on through the night as no one could get to work. They were all pleasant and friendly.

What a pleasant surprise. This hotel is right of I81 and close to a Mall. Traveling alone with my children we were tired, hungry and ready for a break. The Cracker Barrel restaurant was right in the parking lot of the hotel and then the kids got to play some games at the Mall. The next day we were ready to get a fresh start. Staff gave the kids treats for the road. I was very pleased. Shawna

I stayed at this hotel with my family and there was nothing to keep them occupied. Would like to have had a pool for the rate we paid. Also, the breakfast could use more selection. Lastly, the staff was not too pleasent. Ecountered some problems with my room and the front desk clerk and the housekeeper person were rude and not at all helpfull.
