    Manager was rude and disrespectful. he kicked me and my son whos 2 yrs old out of the motel cause we wouldnt pay for sheets and pillowcases he got sick ...

    Manager was rude and disrespectful. He kicked me and my son whos 2 yrs old out of the motel cause we wouldnt pay for sheets and pillowcases he got sick on. My little boy has the flu and he wasnt suppose to leave the room for 2 days and he told me to find somewhere else to stay that he didnt care.I was still charged for a day when i didnt even stay there and he told me that it was for the sheets that my son got sick on and even the police told him that it was a civil suit. I was refuned only 1 day when i was suppose to stay there 3 days and i only really stayed there 1 day and he charged me 2 days. He said that the sheets was trash and they had to throw them away.

    This hotel was recently remodeled. The rooms are small but very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were so comfortable. I enjoyed my stay just wish the rooms were a lil bigger.

    I had a great stay at the microtel in sulphur they have a great new management and there rooms are very nice and clean just the way i like it. they have done a lot for the property i was very happy. I reccommend this place.
