We stayed in a Studio Room. The hotel was in a very good location, it was quiet and peaceful. The blanket on the bed had stains on it so it looked like it had not been changed. The hotel was very concerened about this when I told them. The light above the bathroom sink could have been brighter it seemed like it was a 15 or 20 watt bulb. They made you go shag your own beach towels, and they were not in a convenient place, you would think they would have been by the pool, you had to go to housekeeping clear to the back of the property. This was our first time to Hawaii and found out the hotels in Hawaii charge you to park your rental car, this hotel charges $* per day and there parking lot was empty. Guess I'm use to the hotels on the main land parking is included in the charge for the room. I would stay there again because of the convience of the location.

Me and my family had the most awesome time staying at the Aina Nalu. We were in Maui for a wedding and stayed for 1 week. My husband and I traveled with our two young kids (both under the age of 4) and were able to have a safe, conveinient, and fun time here. The Aina Nalu is conveniently located near Old Town Lahaina and we did not need to drive, we just walked to Front St-enjoying thwe restaurants, shops, the park with the Banyan tree, the pier, etc. After reading previous reviews, it seemed like the Aina Nalu would charge you even though you did not park in their lot however. you do sign a waiver when you check in if you would like to park in their lot at $*/day. We opted to not do so and were able to park right in front of the condo evrey night. We had no trouble finding a spot, even at late hours. Their are two wonderful pools, a BBQ area, and lovely grounds. It was very convenient to have the kitchen supplied with; pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, wine glasses, coffee cups, and glasses, a blender, tupperware, place mats, baking pans, grill pan, salt, pepper, mixing bowls, oven mits, a water pitcher, coffee maker and an electric mixer. It was also very convenient to have a waher and dryer in our unit along with the usual room amenities. There was room service daily and the staff was very attentive and helpful if I had to say anything negative about this place it would be the ants however I found that by not keeping any food out and wiping down the kitchen surface every time I made a meal and at least once in the pm.

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. Beautiful, modern, tranquil, a true escape. Our entire Maui vacation was incredible, but my favorite part of the trip was floating in the saltwater pool on my back under the torchlight, gazing at the beautiful night skies. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, spaces were open and roomy even with 4 adults and 1 child sharing the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room. We didn't have a lanai, but the front desk reassigned us to a ground level room to accomodate my father-in-law when we discovered we had been assigned a 2nd floor room on arrival, so we didn't miss it at all. Our almost 3 year old son was also thrilled with the "Nature Discovery" kit he received on checkout, and carried the binoculars he received in it EVERYWHERE! Grounds are gorgous and well maintained, staff is unobtrusive but helpful when needed (were given coupons for a nearby restaurant when we asked for a mexican food recommendation). Centrally located in Lahaina, steps away from all the action but tucked away from any hustle and bustle. I want to go back just to spend a week lounging on the grounds! Cannot say enough good things about this establishment, will definitely come back if we ever make it to Maui again!

We were delighted with everything! Our welcome was gracious, our condo unit was beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. The location is very convenient, close to everything in Lahaina. We could easily walk to restaurants and sights....just steps away from Front Street. The property sits in a garden atmosphere, with beautiful tropical plants, stone fountains, two lovely pools (one with two big BBQ's), and an awsome pavillion-like lanai. Our ground floor unit had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with huge natural stone open showers, one with laundry appliances. Each bedroom was very nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. All rooms had ceiling fans. The airconditioners were a bit noisy, but not intolerable. Our kitchen was beautiful, and well equipped. Whenever we needed new towels or other supplies, they were quickly delivered. We would definetly stay here again, it felt like a home for our one week stay; husband, wife and our 10 year old grandson.

We have just spent one week in Maui staying at Aina Nalu Resort. We are 2 senior adultls and our 10 year old grandson. We were delighted with the spacious, nicely furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. The beds were comfy, the kitchen nicely equipped and the bathrooms are beautiful with huge showers. Our grandson loved the pools and we enjoyed the huge lanai overlooking the larger pool. The landscaping around and between buildings is lovely, with stone waterfountains and many tropical plants. The convenient location meant we could walk to many interesting places in Lahaina and also find grocery stores, restaurants and other shops. We loved attending Sunday services at Lahaina First Methodist Church on Front Street where were greeted with leis, and also getting luscious shaved ice at Local Boys near the Banyan Tree. "Cool Cats" has great fish sandwiches or burgers;
