I was there for six nights on business. The room was great, and I always came back to it clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the blankets and pillows were VERY soft, fluffy and cozy. However, I was looking forward to relaxing in the spa in the evenings. The first night, it was hot, but the water level was low, and so the jets were shooting straight up. The other nights, the water level was OK, but the water was barely lukewarm. So, I was disappointed. However, the overall stay was good, and I would stay there again. It is very close to tons of stores and restaurtants, and movies.

You need to make a right on Walnut from I-40, not a left. This is something the front desk knows about and gets a good laugh. After looking for the Hotel for 30 minutes I pulled into a empty hotel parking lot at 1:00 PM. There was one person in front of me in line who was checking in early and given a choice of rooms.
I was then told that I had to some back at 4:00 as that was the check in time, they might be able to get something ready by 2:00 if I was a priority club member. -

From the time I walked through the door until it was time for me to check out everyone was great! The beds were comfortable, the food was excellent, and my daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. I believe I have found my destination of choice for my trips to Cary/Raleigh.
