  Dear Management, I had spent the week of Christmas at your establishment. Your receptionists (all shifts) were friendly and very helpful to me. It was my first trip abroad (from USA) and appreciated the help they gave. I asked about souvenirs? Farnborough was closest, and they had very little. I asked different shops/pubs nothing. I would come again in the future when circumstances allow. I look forward to staying at your establishment again. Many Thanks to staff/management.
