The room was clean and well maintained and stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The pool was clean and easy to get to. The continental breakfast ( free) was great. Very quiet and comfortable. The Inn has easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping . It is right off I 44, so easy in and out. We will stay there again!

In an age when customer service has disappeared, I felt we received great customer service from the hotel staff. They helped me with the mistake I made when booking my room on line without any problem. They didn't have to make the change but did. Breakfast was great and included waffles, fruit and cereal. There are two pools one indoor (not very deep 4 or 5 feet) and one outdoor (much larger). The pool area is also kept very clean. There is also a fitness room and a seperate room devoted to a business center for those who need to get work done when they are traveling. I also appreciated the availability of the computer in the hotel lobb which we used to print directions and check the weather we might be driving into. The hotel does need updated but is very clean and nice. I would definitely stay again.

The only positve thing from this hotel was the pool, not necessarily the surrounding deck area being included in this. The back half of the hotel has doors on the outside with balconies. Our door did not seal and had you could see light comming in underneath it. The room smelled like pet urine, we have two large dogs so it was easily identified. The entrances had keyless entry but one of the outside doors had no closure so it did not close. When we politely asked for towels for the pool the person behind the desk did not say anything but just pointed to a rack of towels adjacent to the front desk, just a smile or acknowledgement would have been appreciated. The hotel was booked so we could not move into another room. I picked it for the pool, price and breakfast so our kids could eat before leaving on the last leg of the trip to TX. They ran out of food by 7:30 with breakfast starting at 7:00 on w/ends. We will make the same trip next year but will find another hotel. Pay the extra $15 and go to a Holiday Inn Express or similar.

went to the front drsk to get batters for the tv in the room and they did not have any and well I was there some one came in and got a room with 2 beds like ours and there room was 55.00. Ours was 65.95 plus tax .

07/28/2007I was totally disappointed. the room stunk of mold, the bed looked slept in, lamps did not work, no fridge, not like the picture on the website.
