We stayed here on the way back to Florida for 2 long days! They were made worse by extremely poor customer service at the front desk. Very unprofessional, will never stay there again! Please don't waste your money. Staff doesn't care.

Went with my family, (mother 51, two daughters (8 and 3), myself, and husband) Room seemed small but with 5 people what room wouldn't fit all of us in. the 2 queen beds were great and had a window seat that my eight year old decided was hers that she slept in. It was wonderful! I would stay in again and again!

My husband and I travel often and this is one of our best hotel experiences ever!! The lobby smells fresh and clean the minute you walk through the door. The front desk staff is incredible and the maids do a wonderful job. The coffee is the best coffee I have ever tasted and the continental breakfast has everything you could possible want. We will definately use this hotel whenever we have the opportunity. You should to!!

We have just returned from a week at the Microtel in Rockhill, South Carolina. The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves away from the hotel . We were just expecting a few nibbles but breakfast is a lovely continental spread with cheeses fruit pastries etc. Restaurants are great. ""Front Porch"" is very smart and we dined there for our daughter's birthday. They even printed a special menu wishing her a happy birthday. We paid $49.95 per night for a room which we thought excellent value. There were 2 double beds so the four of us shared. Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in on holiday and I am extremely fussy!

We stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Rock Hill, SC on our way to Florida. We stay here every year and it just keeps getting better and better!! The rooms are so clean, the service from the front desk is exceptional and the continental breakfast really hits the spot. We will continue to stay here when we travel and recommend this location to all our friends and family. We are looking forward to our next stay with all their southern hospitality!
