We found the Microsoft Hotel extremely clean, great location to highway and a large variety of eateries. I will stay at the Microsoft Hoetel again, as I travel that way 3-4 times a year. The front desk personnel was very good. (The gentleman, the big guy) was awsome. He knew what he was doing and talking about. Extremely helpful to us. The Microsoft Hotel was very clean, breakfast was available at great time and the food just fine. I recommend this hotel to anyone! Diane PS Rate the hotel is not working correctly. Rating for all is: Excellent

No whirlpool, pool unusable
08/09/2008Could not even see the bottom of the pool, it was so dirty. the whirlpool had been broken down for two weeks. manager seemed unconcerned. breakfast room tiny, and breakfast ...
Could not even see the bottom of the pool, it was so dirty. The whirlpool had been broken down for two weeks. Manager seemed unconcerned. Breakfast room tiny, and breakfast mediocre. No one cleaned the area all morning. No coffee pots in the room. USA todays gone from front desk and vending by 9 AM. Beds comfortable, and price ok compared to other hotels in the area. Pay a little more if you can to stay somewhere nice. Dont stay here.

If you are all about saving money and do not care about the bedding or the carpet being clean then this just might be the hotel for you. When I checked in and mentioned that there where blood stains, socks and other debris on, under or around my bed the young man working the disk shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted my money back! I promptly checked into another hotel close by. I have stated in other Microtels in other places. I hear the new one that opened up is much cleanier and a little pricier....but you get what you pay for!

10/10/2007Room was very clean & fresh - room was small though - great for 1 person- little crowded for two. staff was friendly and helpful. good safe environment as i was traveling alone.
