  No smiles from staff on check in or check out. Breakfast and coffee not provided till after 6:30. If you want to get on the road with coffee you have to wait. MicroTel quality slipping, like an old Holiday Inn with small frige pushed in at end of desk. This chain is off my list.

  Trains run all the way through Gallup, past all hotels. Our room was on the train side, but was well insulated, and the train noise was not a problem. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, but the breakfast was lacking.
