Well when I checked in the guy at the counter was having an argument with someone on the phone wanting to cancel. But that didn't stop me. I got a room with a jetted tub. Well I was wrong to assume that the pics with the jacuzzi would be it. BEWARE. While used the vending machine I found out that they take your money and don't give change. I went to the frond desk and complained. He told me that he knew about it and to put more money in to buy more. He wouldn't give me the quarter back or put up a sign saying broken. The room was clean. It is a little loud being next to the roadway. Be careful I was there in the rain and it has open stairways, they get slippery. If you want the breakfast hope that you are the only person there. It is not very accessible by more than one person at a time.

The room was okay for the price, however the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. We arrived very late in the evening. Opon our arrival the front desk employee as us to produce ID, credit card and sign a signiture card, at that time we inquired about a late check out. Which was posible for a fee. The next day we decided to stay an addtional night. Informed the front desk of our decision. He instructed us to stop by the front desk at some point. At that time we were in our swimming attire and did not have wallets or Id. After returning from the pool a few hours later. We were in the room showering and dressing for dinner. We heard someone banging on the door. It was the person from the front desk. He began to yell at us telling us if we did not come down to pay he would call the police. Wow his was a total insult and considering the fac they had our credit card on file at the front desk. Of course we did not understand the issue. What was implied, we were trying to skip out without paying. Well I quest that's what you get when you stay at a place like this. We will continue to stay at Trump or Ceasers. Were this type of treatment has never occurred.

As a frequent traveler to Atlantic City, I am always amazed at how awful so many places are. Although this hotel is a motel style, it was a nice place to stay. The rooms had obviously been recently remodeled or heavily updated, and the bed and linens were of good quality and cleanliness. I am normally weary of the motel style motels, but I would stay here again, esp. since their prices are normally better than most others.
