would NOT stay here again! maids are theifs!

i stayed here once and thought it was just fine, the breakfast wasnt that great but it was nice. i stayed again this past memorial weekend and it was NOT nice this time. the breakfast is still not very good, theres a good selection but the food does not taste good. and the big thing is.......the maid STOLE my ipod shuffle. it was on the floor by the bed and the little partition because i put it there the night before, when we left the next morning to go do what we were doing i left it there, figured it would be fine, i acually thought we had the do not disturb sign on the door but we didnt, and when we got back i went to listen to it and it was gone! i looked everywhere and then called the front desk. i did not get a ton of help and still the next day when we checked out i got nothing! no one helped, i didnt get to speak to a manager and no one has called me about it since. she took it and got away with it because i couldnt prove anything, im very upset and im mad that no one did anything for us. oh and also...they have a huge woodpecker problem, they know it and dont say anything. we were woken at 5:30 am!!!! and they were still cecking around 9ish when we left it was so annoying!

This hotel was great. We have 2 little dogs, they were comfortable and there is a nice open space outside to take them to. The rooms were surprisingly very clean considering animals are allowed in them, you would never know that! The room was very large too, plenty for us, our 3 smaller kids, and the 2 dogs. We had 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper. The pool/jacuzzi was great, super clean. The breakfast was very nice and a lot of food to choose from. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely go back.
