  This is a lovingly restored bed and breakfast with lots of charm. The rooms are each quite unique and very well cared for. The staff is very hospitable, going out of their way to make you feel at home. They were able to provide beach passes to the local beach on Long Island Sound (quite close by) so no parking fee had to be paid. Old Saybrook is quite picturesque with several great restaurants nearby. Breakfast included fresh fruit, juice, muffins, pastries, tea and coffee. Tea, coffee, port and delicious cookies were always available too. This is a great, quiet getaway for adults and we hope to return.
