My wife and I stayed two nights and attended my 50th high school class reunion.l The room was very clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was corteous and check in was quick and easy. The hotel was very quiet on Fri. night. Sat. night was much louder, a girls softball team was in town for a game and stayed on the floor aove us. There was a lot of heavy foot traffic overhead, running etc., which made falling asleep more difficult, the noise continued until after midnight.. I wonder where the chaperones were. The included breakfast was good and there was a variety. I would have liked a waffle or pancakes but French Toast was available. There was crispy bacon, cereal, coffee, tea toast and english muffins, biscuits and sausage gravy etc. Considerinhg the breakfast was included with the room it was quite good. Sat. morn there was no problem getting the breakfast and there was plenty of seating available. Sun. the softball team was there and the room was very crowded, fortunately we were meeting some classmates for a breakfast buffet at another hotel so we were not impacted by the crowd. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, we may ask if any groups are booked, when we are in Milford.

We enjoyed our stay, but didn't like a few things: -The pools was being rented our first night, so they recommended we wait until 8PM (the last hour) to go in. We went to the pool a little after 8PM and found the group still there. We tried going in, but it was too loud and crowded. -There was a bright light shining into our room from a neighboring business. We had to close the blinds with clothes hanger clips because only the light, white curtain closed all the way. The heavy curtain did not appear to have any way to close all the way. Other than the before mentioned, the hotel was quite nice: -Friendly staff -Very clean environment, room was neat and tidy. -Although outside access (rentals) of the pool was inconvenient, the pool inself was very nice. It was kept very clean and was heated. The whirlpool was relaxing. Fresh towels are kept in good supply. -The breakfast was nice. Had a good variety.

Supposedly ""pet friendly"" - I started to book my stay, and at the very last second, noticed the fine print that said that there is a charge of $25 if you want to bring your dog. For this $$, I coudl stay at the Sheraton (which is much nice) and not be charged extra for my dog. I cancelled my booking and decided to stay elsewhere.
