Not sure that you want to hear our review. I sent a letter to customer relations regarding the problem. We asked for, and had confirmation of a room on the first floor because my husband is unable to climb stairs. I called early in the afernoon to let the hotel know we were confirming a late arrival for Saturday night and once again reminded them we would need a room on the first floor. Was told ""No problem, you have used a credit card and we will hold the room for you."" We arrived about 10:30 and there was not a room available on the first floor. The hotel did not have elevators, and my husband was unable to climb stairs. She credited our visa card and said that there may not be any other rooms available in town, as other motel/hotels had been calling them for rooms. (Could this be why our room was gone???) She did call and find a room available at a different hotel. It was adequate, but much further from my daughter's home, whom we were visiting. We were not pleased and probably will not use this hotel again when in Edmond.

The room was dark, the TV had terrible reception, the pool and fitness center were closed and the mornings we were awakened by noise at 6:30 am. The manager was downright unhelpful-borderline rude and they wouldn't let us check out early but made us pay for the full day.

Quick Stop - Good Stay
09/21/2007We were traveling and spent one night here. it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. exactly what we needed. especially nice desk clerk. no problems.

When I booked the room it was labeled as a 3 star and we thought there was no way it was a 3 star, now I see it's a 2 star. More fitting. No elevator so if you have small children ask for a first level room. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. HARD old bagels and day old mini muffins. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet (we were there during the week). Won't stay here again though.
