The hotel has a very warm feel to it. The lobby feels like your living room and it's all like being at home, except better. The fitness room is nice and convenient, as are the elevators. The rooms are huge! Sometimes you just need to spread out and this is perfect for it. The hotel is close to West Des Moines with fun restaurants and good shopping and is tucked away in a quiet part of town. The night front desk agent was one of the friendliest I had ever met! This is a don't miss while you're in town. There are so many nice touches, you won't want to leave!

11/02/2006Great staff, great breakfast, great happy hour...we spent a week at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. they even make cookies every night!

Everything about this hotel was supurb. The staff was friendly and efficient, and we were able to change our arrangements with no problems. The breakfast was very good, and every part of the hotel was extremely clean.
