We were greeted at the front desk by S. He had my kids taking the room keys and the voucher for breakfast. They were now in charge. He recommened that we take a drive down to Port Stanley and see the view to Cleveland. He recommended an Ice cream shop. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The rate was unbelievabe. They had a computer in the lobby. I used it twice planning the next days site seeing. The whole hotel is no smoking and no pets. If we come back to the area we have a great place to stay!

We chose this hotel for it's easy access to the 401 highway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our 2nd floor room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Hair dryer, iron and coffee maker in room were all new looking. The entire hotel is smoke-free and no pets allowed. Complimentary continental breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, bagels, fruit, cereal and great coffee! Friends on the 1st floor had a rather loud wedding party to deal with but we heard nothing on the 2nd level. Overall, very nice visit and we would definately stay there again.

I actually tripped over the carpet which was warped and raised in several areas in the room. Quite a safety issue, especially with older clients. The glass from the washroom which I was going to use was absolutely filthy, thick lip marks on it. Disgusting! And no elevator made lugging up the suitcase uncomfortable. For the price charged I found it unacceptable. Won't stay there again! Did report it to Hotel staff. Don't know if corrections were made.

This was a delightful surprise. What a nice hotel and the adjoining restaurant was excellent. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and very cheerful. The continental breakfast was perfect, fresh & hot.

Rooms were cleans. No shower head in bathroom. Breakfast was ok with strict time restrictions that is from 7am to 9am. Business Center was not available. There was one computer terminal in lobby and it was charging $2 per 10 minutes. Printers are not available. Room service was not available. They take 5% for currency exchange and cashflow is very low $20 to $50. Only vaulet laundry was available, some thing to consider wihen going on a week trip with family
