We were looking for a place to relax and have some down time. This was the place for us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tube are open all day and closed to children after 10 pm. So adults can have that time we all need. There is Hi-Speed Internet if you need it and the value for the buck is here. Located about 15 min. outside Dubuque it's close to all that Dubuque has to offer but with out the noise and traffic. The staff is very helpful and friendly with that small town charm. There are several sites to see with in a half hour driving time and you have the feeling that there is no hurry to get anywhere. Just kick back relax and enjoy a great place to stay. We will be going back for more relaxing weekends in the near future.

the beds are a bit hard but we ...From the moment we saw the motel in an up and coming area we loved it. It is clean and quite.
The beds are a bit hard but we managed. The breakfast is great with make your own waffles.
The pool area has a strong chlorine smell so that needs to be worked on.
All in all it is a good motel. The service personnel needs some customer service skills however, they are not friendly at all excluding the manager who was very nice.
Watch your bill because I was overcharged and the manager said she just swipes the card that she has no control, other than that it was a good stay.
