  We stayed at the AmericInn in Kearney in July. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was above average. The motel is very convenient from the interstate and close to a few restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again. Only thing I missed was a refrigerator in the room.

  This room stunk like urine. My husband and I could hardly sleep the smell was so gross. when I complanined to the front desk she told me it was probably the new air fresheners.
