  I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites Hotels. They are my favorite. When we arrived, we were directed to the side door as the lobby was under construction. This was fine. However, we dinged the bell 3 times & waited 5 minutes before someone finally came to the desk. No apology from the attendant, just a reqest for the credit card.
  
  Then I looked for my favorite chocolate chips cookies that they have at all of the Country Inn & Suites. I found boxed cookies that were old and appeared stale. The apples also looked old.
  
  We then made our way to our room. The room was very clean, but the layout was terrible. $100 for a room with a handicap shower that was impossible to use & a rack for clothes that was next to the bed. You couldn't even get out on one side of the bed because of the rack.
  
  The guests were noisy & the children ran in the hotel until 11:30 at night & we were awoken by their loud footsteps again at 7:30. So much for sleep!!!!
  
  Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The only thing that was good was the fact that the room was clean.
  
  This hotel advertises that it is close to the mall and in walking distance. If you have one bag to bring back, it is in walking distance. Otherwise, plan on driving to the mall.
