We were stranded in Moses Lake overnite and the service here was great. X 'desk clerk' was more than helpful. He was personable, humorous, courteous, patience. We had no reservations and several special needs. he made sure that he found the right room that would work for us and I got a great night's sleep and 3 nights at Best Western in Yakima. On the positive side I would give it 4 stars for cleanliness, beds were comfortable,as well as the pillows and I am very selective about those things. Extended cable TV, micro, fridge, indoor pool, pet friendly. Onthe down side: towels are like sandpaper, lighting is dim, breakfast was a little sparse but coffee was great as were the coffee packets in the room. It appears thjat the new owners are doing a great job of cleaning things up and providing exceptional customer service. Lobby is inviting as well as the breafast area. I would go back again without a second thought but I would probably take a couple of towels and some light bulbs. But X should get kudos for his patience and accomodating attitude. We loved him and will highly recommend this motel. The only big drawback for us was that it is 3 floors and my mother has problems climbing stairs. So for disabled peoople, it may not be the best place to stay.. Mary and Ronica

This was the worst Super 8 Motel that I have ever stayed in. The walls and ceiling are so thin that the noise from the irresponsible guests that partied all night kept me awake. Complaints about the loud noise did nothing. If you want a motel that you can relax and unwind this is not the one. I came here to relax and unwind and I am leaving stressed out and with a headache. I was going to stay another night but one night was all that I could take, I will be looking for another hotel and will never return to this one.

Take a nice motel with a great location for a traveler. Put very low wattage bulbs in the lamps so you cannot read at night (here's a hint - take you own light bulbs next time), remove most of the furniture so the room looks (and is sparce), Have only the minimum towels and soap. Once staying at a Super 8 was a delight. Then you have this mote. Super 8 motels like this make me wonder what is happening to this once very nice chain. I used to stay at Super 8's all over the country. No more. If I want low quality motels, I can find this myself.
