First room we were given did not have a working air/heat unit. The smoke detector was covered with paper towel for some reason. The second room had the main entry door and bathroom door so hard to open you had to fight to get them open/closed. The smoke detector had a weak battery that made the unit beep. Took it out, left a note for housekeeping, but it was never replaced. There was no rod to hold the toilet paper in the holder. The whole building felt as if it had shifted, the floors felt uneven. The room did not feel clean: there was what looked like a giant spit wad on the wall, stuff on the floors (not from us), hair on the bathroom sink (again, not ours), crumbs on the desk, etc. Many people were complaing at the front desk every time we walked past. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Best part of the stay was the Tempur-pedic bed.

Was greeted (if you want to call it that) by a girl, who was not in uniform, who told me "well, I'm not really working right now but I guess I can help you". My brother tried to get a room and was told that there were no vacancies, but someone came in right behind him and was able to have his pick of two rooms to move to because he wasn't happy. Thought there were no vacancies? The last evening there, there were several people in the lobby waiting to check-in only to find that there was NO ONE working, at all. They waited for over 2 hours, called the corp office several times. finally someone came in to work. What would have happened if there had been an emergency?
Maybe if they would get their act together I would give them another try. The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Those are the only 2 positive things I have to say.
p.s. the pool and hot tub were more like sess pools!!! -

This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed, The room I ordered and paid for was not advaiable when I arrived, The room they gave me cost less, no adjustment to the bill, Mold and Mildrew in bath, pool, hot tub. They overbooked,Customer service poor, one person working on a Weekday, manager too busy o talk to guest.

06/02/2007The room was beyond my expectations. bathroom was spacious and very clean. bed was very comfortable. definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends too do the same.

had some neg postings from prior guests, but I found the rooms to be exceptional, and the breakfast best I've seen for free. Exercise room was small, but no else used it though. I'll return again!
