- The lobby is currently under renovation from March 19, 2008 to May 4, 2008. Any work that results in noise will be completed between the hours of 8am and 6pm. All Marriott Brands in North America, with the exception of Marriott Vacations Club International, have a smoke-free policy. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building.
