  After reading the other review of this hotel, I was leary. But I had a wonderful stay! I expected to be disappointed, but that was very much NOT the case. I had a question about HBO, but it turned out I was at fault, I read the HBO guide wrong. I will absolutely be staying there again!

  Shower didn't have any hot water and door's deadbolt didn't work. staff worked with me on getting another room but it wasn't until i had to ...

  Shower didn't have any hot water and door's deadbolt didn't work. Staff worked with me on getting another room but it wasn't until I had to ask for it! Also, the room I did get was a smoking room and the smell was not very pleasant but it was better than not being able to take a shower. I will never stay at a Suburban lodge ever again. Not what I expected at all.
