  The room was not kept up very well. The carpet was filthy and there was trash under the bed. It was also very small for an extended stay hotel, almost like they crammed a kitchen in to a normal hotel room. I do not think I would stay here again.

  I've never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly at this hotel. Desk is not ""staffed"" late at night, but on-site contact info is available (maintenance or someone) 24 hours. If you wait 4.5 hours locked outside your room, it's your fault. Good hotel for the price.

  I got locked out of my room at 3:30 am because the key card didn't work. there's not night attendant, so i had to wait in the ...

  I got locked out of my room at 3:30 am because the key card didn't work. there's not night attendant, so i had to wait in the lobby until 8:00 am for the clerk lady to show up. I tried calling corporate, but they told me there was nothing they could do. pay the extra $10 and stay at a decent hotel.
