  I stayed here on 8/9/09 and booked it due to the price. I should have stayed somewhere else. The room was dingy and in need of paint and new carpet. There were no toiletries in the room so I had to go to the front desk to get soap and shampoo. The next morning, I realized there was no hair-dryer in the room and no coffee filters ;but coffee I was not impressed. Also, they only change out the towels & sheets and empty the trash once a week otherwise you have to do it yourself pr pay extra. Finally, the trash cans were across the hall from my room and really stunk. Everytime I opened the door, I got a very strong smell of rotten garbage. To add insult to injury, I paid for the room via online and then they charged me for the full stay via my credit card. I had to call the next day to ask for a refund. I would NOT stay here again.

  We checked into our room and it was very dirty and the air conditioner was damaged. We complained and was given another room. Room smelled, dirty and the bathroom was very dirty. We checked out immediately.

  It was kinda hard to find the hotel behind all the shopping centers but we managed and the location is dead set in the middle of everything. Service was great and the rooms were very nice kept for the price!

  When the 2nd half of our group arrived (1 day later than the first half), they were unable to provide a non-smoking room as we had requested. They tried to give us a room that smelled strongly of smoke, hoping we wouldn't notice. Also, the room used by the first half of our group (on the 1st night) was not very clean and there were no wash cloths available. Getting a refund through was very complicated and frustrating. It took 2 calls on 2 different days and more than an hour each time!
