  First they gave us the bed was not made. Second room was dirty and broken we went to the walmart and got cleaning supplies, sheet set and a screw driver. We had to clean the bath and the toliet mop the floor and make the bed. For almost two year the manager and regional manager have both promoised us a free stay they never held true to that. In the past this use to be a good place to stay I have stayed there many time a raved about Homestead. I even seeked them out when going to other place on business and personal trips. Since this experience I have never stayed with Homestead or their sister hotels. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! P.S. we won't talk about the smell of marijuana in the air.

  I picked this for the location (close to the airport) and for the price, I have nothing to complain about. Perhaps I didn't stay long enough to experience the difficulties that the other reviewers seem to have had.

  Room trash had not been emptied, walls and furniture needed a serious wipe down. kitchen floor, espcially in front of frig looked like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned ...

  Room trash had not been emptied, walls and furniture needed a serious wipe down. Kitchen floor, espcially in front of frig looked like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned in 6 months. Furniture had crayon scribbles and drawers were broken.
  
  Common area/hallways carpeting was just as badley stained.

  Ac didnt work cound not get the staff to change rooms so left it and went to hotel next door!!! do not use this one!!
