  When I made the reservations the operator told me I was booking a 2 bedroom suite. When I checked in (at 2 am) I found out it was a one bedroom suite and that they DON'T have a two-bedroom suite. Tired and disappointed we were told no money would be refunded and if we wanted we could pay the difference and get a room for our children at a different floor costing us additional $50.00 CND. There is major construction going on - the carpet stained and smells like smoke.
