  Online agency made reservations and i was told my phone that pets were allowed. at time of check-in, i was verbally abused by lady at desk and called sob.... ...

  Online agency made reservations and I was told my phone that pets were allowed. At time of check-in, I was verbally abused by lady at desk and called SOB....Would not recommend for any one.

  Clean, but the breakfast consits of a few muffins and stale cereal. coffee cups are thimble size, and it's $1 to fill your thermos. staff cordial, not overly friendly. ...

  Clean, but the breakfast consits of a few muffins and stale cereal. Coffee cups are thimble size, and it's $1 to fill your thermos. Staff cordial, not overly friendly. Price was the best of the chain hotels in Franklin. Vending=soft drinks only. No elevators.
