I thought we were at the River Boats with all the screaming and yelling and running up and dow the halls all night at 3:00 in the morning they were still going strong,.We had a 2 day show and hardly slept the whole week-end,there is a sign at the desk asking guest to respect others between 10:00-7:00 lots of luck, I told the Lady at the desk I thought we were at the boats, she proceeded to tell me hoe to get there, I said no, the NOISE all night she said a few others had told her the same thing, WELL do something about it when we call down!!!! Breakfast was OK, but I di believe they are gettin cheaper and cheaper with them, we stay between 25-30 nights a year in this chain and I don't think it is getting better,

Reeked of smoke

While the room itself was fairly decent, we had problems with the towels and the bathroom reeking of smoke and this was a non-smoking room. I noticed the staff that was washing the towels had a cigarrete dangling from her mouth which I didn't see until the end of our stay. When I complained about this at checkout, the manager was indifferent about the problem. Why do us non-smokers have to continue to suffer from smokers bad habits??? Needless to say, we will no longer stay here. We've stayed here on previous occasions with the same problem.
