We stayed at the Days Inn in Surprise, AZ for three nights. We were in town to look at the housing market. We had the best experience with everyone that worked at Days Inn. ""X"" at the front desk was so helpful in assisting us with the lobby computer!!!! Our bathroom door locked and help was there in a matter of a few minutes. We were told if it happened again that it could be unlocked with the side of a coin:) Thanks to everyone for your help... We stayed on the first floor. The side door into the building did not lock.

Besides the peeling wallpaper and large staine in the hallways, they never told you that the hotel was under renovation, until you got there and it was too late. The ice machine on the thrid floor was broken.The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were so bad I went to Wallmart and bought a set for my stay. The women at the front desk (eldery women) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and nasty. I'm sorry, I have done a lot of traveling and stayed at other Days Inn all over, and never had a problem. I would not recommend this hotel untill they get their act stright !!!!!!

Besides the peeling wallpaper and large staine in the hallways, they never told you that the hotel was under renovation, until you got there and it was too late. The ice machine on the thrid floor was broken.The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were so bad I went to Wallmart and bought a set for my stay. The women at the front desk (eldery women) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and nasty. I'm sorry, I have done a lot of traveling and stayed at other Days Inn all over, and never had a problem. I would not recommend this hotel untill they get their act stright !!!!!!
