  Hotel was small but nice. We had paid for a king room and they gave us double bed so i went and told them i paid for a king room they were sold out so they upgraded me to a suite free of charge. Nice staff.....

  The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and set back off the highway in a complex of hotels and restaurants, so it's quiet and you can walk to a place to eat. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities of better rooms in this price range: coffee maker, free high-speed Internet, HBO, plenty of channels (though the readout on the TV never matched the network), iron and ironing board, free USA Today on weekdays, extra outlets over the desk. The bed was comfortable and had the hygienic sheet-as-bedspread w/decorative runner instead of the old never-washed bedspread, plenty of towels. Lots of nice pillows. Room was fairly quiet even though I was next to the elevator. Breakfast buffet was better than average with waffle station. There were coin-op washers and dryers down the hall. I only have a few complaints: Whirlpool was out of order the 4 days I was there. Cleaning staff would turn on every single light, which was wasteful and a bit weird. I got a notice saying that they might be cleaning my upholstery starting at 8:30. It would have been better to tell us to contact the staff with times that were convenient or inconvenient.
