Roaches, stained sheets, dirty floors, flat pillows, hairs in the bath tub, shower, and bathroom, broken shelves, sketchy neighborhood, dirty lobby, broken pictures on the wall. Stay away. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area, so don't stay in this one.

the front desk help was very friendly..it only took about 3 minutes to check in..our room was very clean and fresh smelling..we stayed in a suite with one king bed..they were very generous with towels, hand towels, and soaps..the curtains blocked out sunlight amazingly well..the only thing we would say that bothered was that the pool wasnt open..other than that the place was great..the hotel is located right on the the main road in town..so you are just seconds away from a lot of restaurants and stores..also the town itself was very friendly and well organized and clean..its a nice place to take your family..and lets not forget the money we saved!..our room was only $* per night, that was great compared to the other hotels around there who were starting at about 110 per night! we would def. stay there again.

Bed bugs galore! We left bit up and exasperated. Yes, I said bed bugs. The staff siad they had been having a problem with the small critters. At first we thought it was mosquitos. The bathroom shower walls had so much dirt on them that I had to buy some Scrubbing Bubbles and a scrub brush to clean them. Even then, they were still stained. The carpets were stained with some kind of white stuff, I hope it was paint. When reported to management, instead of apologizing and trying resolve the issue, he said if I didn't like it I could check out. So much for service! The continental breakfast consisted of cereal-on-the-go and a very tiny muffin. We checked out and went to Quality Inn right down the road.

This motel was recommended by ChoiceHotels.com because of its proximity to Fort Benning, GA. The check-in clerk did not know where anything was located in town. No brochures in lobby to help .The room was FILTHY! The linens (especially the pillows) were disgusting.. so awful I threw them on the floor rather than put my head on them. refrigerator did NOT WORK, hair dryer did NOT WORK. The bathroom faucets and shower corners were crusted with dirt. ""breakfast"" consisted of some tiny muffins, sugared cereals (2), orange juice, coffee. There were no teabags & I got a shrug to my request for one. Lobby did not open until 7 a.m. - most travelers were already on their way. We decided to check out early , the night clerk could not find our information, kept saying our credit was no good. Finally, because we had a plane to catch, we just left! When I got home, I checked my credit card and discovered that even tho' I had a confirmed price per night and stayed FOUR NIGHTS, the inn charged me the day I arrived and MORE ON THE DAY I CHECKED OUT! Outrageous!!! I have put a ""stop"" on those bills and will not pay them!!!
