Would NOT stay here again for any reason....

found a room at the Heartland at 10:30 p.m. with myself and my infant son. Heartland says they are smoke free!? The room we stayed in the smoke tried to be covered up with lots of deodorant spray! I asked for an infant bed.....no bed arrived. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just my opinion, of course.

Loved my room. It had the cutest fishing theme. Everything in the room was decorated just perfectly. From the wall hangings to the shower curtain everything was just perfect! You can tell that they put some thought into the decor. That extra touch just made the room feel really cozy. Breakfast was also wonderful (Waffles - Yummy!!!) The staff was also great. Keep up the great work.

Party across hall in 2 rooms all night long, got no sleep before marathon race I had to run the next day. told clerk upon arrival that it look like a party and wanted to change rms. He said they were state employees and they wouldn't party because they would get fired. Disappointed at checkou (4:am) that the clerk just said I know. At that time they had moved the party to the kitchen

From the nauseating rancid orange juice served at breakfast time to the worn-out mattresses, to the wireless internet that isn't turned on, there isn't any problem so bad that they can't deny it exists. If you want a good night's sleep on a decent bed, avoid this hotel.
