  Elegant hotel with a caring staff -- It is located In the heart of the city with the excitement on the street but the front door is off the street if you want to get directly into a car and avoid the chaos. Nicely appointed rooms with high ceilings and spaceous wood cabinets and closets. I would definietly stay here again if I return to Kolkata.
