The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The gentleman behind the counter had such bad body odor. The odor filled the entire lobby and everyone in the lobby was holding their breath and about to be sick.

This has to be the worst property of any brand I have ever stayed at. Non-caring staff at front desk, refuse even a simple request,non-working air conditioners, room keys that just stop working and need replaced, Staff that just want your money and will not assist you in any way. Property condition poor and not in a good area. Nicer placesnearby cost the same-NO VALUE NO DEAL A DUMP

We asked for extra towels 3 times before we finally got them. Housekeeping knocked on our door repeatedly asking us when we were going to leave so they could clean the room. One woman knocked, I told her 30 minutes, another woman knocked less than a minute later. I finally said, don't come and clean it then. She was completely happy with that. We went to the front desk to get our clean towels, came back and our room keys didn't work. They had to reconfigure.Positives: removed a barking dog immediately, enough outlets for 2 people to get ready, nice continental breakfast.
