  The hotel was going through a major renovation. All new furniture, rugs. Bathroom was ok, ours was missing the washcloth bar in the shower and side of sink had the old laminate still on it. It was convenient to the nice clean Dewey Beach (1/2 mile walk); could walk to Rehoboth boardwalk, they say 1 mile walk, more like 2 and on the sand. Family friendly, staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and took pride in their work, which is getting rare these days. A nice few day stay.

  When signing in, i was presented with a policy indicating no early checkouts. it was late, we'd driven 2 hours and there were no vacancies elsewhere. there seemed to ...

  When signing in, I was presented with a policy indicating no early checkouts. It was late, we'd driven 2 hours and there were no vacancies elsewhere. There seemed to be no alternative. It was coercive. Then one of my children was sick and we needed to check out early but were forced to pay the entire bill. This is unfair

  The room was spacious and comfortable. it was a deal for rehobeth in the summer and within walking distance to the bottle & cork. would stay again.
