This hotel had great service I expecially loved the envelope I received at check in full of coupons for the casino, the resturant, the gift shop and the nice thank you note with info on what to do if you need anything at all. And a Very nice staff

06/20/2006Our biggest dissappointment was that we had reserved a non-smoking romm, which we did not get. the carpets were filthy and the towels were stained, with who knows what? ...
Our biggest dissappointment was that we had reserved a non-smoking romm, which we did not get. The carpets were filthy and the towels were stained, with who knows what? I asked for a different room and more towels, and the boy at the front counter said they were too full, to help me with either request?? (Not sure why I couldn't get more towels, have never had that happen before.) The only redeeming feature was that my children enjoyed the pool, of course they had to drip dry!

mold on window edge, mold on edge of tub. no stopper in tub--couldn't shower, not enough water pressure. watch out for elevator door--shuts on feet. tv was good, staff was nice, carpet was clean.
